USOclient.exe 是“Update Session Orchestrator”， 是windows update 的组件，主要用来检查windows update，在server 2016 和 windows 10 中用来代替windows update agent
关闭这个组件的步骤:
在运行里面输入gpedit.msc, 在local group policy editor中，依次选择”Computer Configuration” -> “Administrative Templates” -> “Windows Components” -> “Windows Update”, 双击”No auto restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic updates installations” 然后enable 就可以了
